 Wired ribbon is cut in 1/2 yard strips, mixing texture, pattern and color of ribbon

 Layer ribbon strips red, gold and patterened red/gold swirl on top.

 Pinch ribbons in the middle and using a florist wire wrap and twist on the back.

 Balls are added in 4" matt gold and 6"glittered green, 3 each placed inbetween the pigtail bows, in a triangle pattern.
